4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, sensor designs, and data analytics algorithms used in the delivery of our services remain the exclusive property of Argus IoT Labs. Usage of our platform does not grant any ownership rights to the underlying technology.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Argus IoT Labs, located at State Square, Darwin, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our IoT sensor networks or data services, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.
